Responsibilities
Onboard and support laboratories for ELR; troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation issues
Design, build, and maintain interfaces for exchanging patient and disease data using HL7 v2/v3 and structured file formats
Configure and support Orion Rhapsody interfaces using JavaScript and standards-based transformations
Collaborate with hospitals, epidemiologists, and IT teams to coordinate schedules and interfaces
Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, privacy, and security in compliance with applicable standards
Perform quality control by reconciling electronic and paper records
Apply and maintain industry-standard vocabularies (SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10)
Qualification
Required
3+ years developing logic for Health Information Systems
3+ years XML transformation and interface engine experience
2+ years troubleshooting HL7 coding
2+ years working with standard vocabularies (SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (5+ years)
Preferred
3+ years Orion Rhapsody experience
3+ years JavaScript experience
3+ years ELR and/or eCR experience
