They are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to act as a technical lead on the shop floor, ensuring electrical designs and assemblies are built to meet various standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the build of industrial control panels, including component layout, wiring, and overall build quality
Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing teams for setup, operation, and troubleshooting
Develop and execute functional, continuity, and validation testing for electrical systems
Identify root causes of wiring or system issues and drive corrective actions
Collaborate closely with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams to support efficient, repeatable builds

Electrical EngineeringUL MTR certificationReading schematicsHands-on electrical workUsing electrical test equipmentCreating work instructions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Active UL MTR certification or the ability to successfully complete the UL certification process
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with hands-on electrical work
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Experience creating clear, operator-level work instructions
Comfortable using hand tools and electrical test equipment (multimeters, etc.)
