National Air Logistics Customer Care Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee account ownership and ensure optimal allocation of customers and workload within the Customer Care team
Ensure active team participation in customer implementations and promote the use of customer‑facing digital tools and solutions
Drive efficient shipment file handling and ensure availability and accuracy of customer data to support end-to-end operational performance
Maintain adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements across all customer interactions and shipment processes
Manage customer feedback, complaints, escalations, and ensure prompt corrective actions
Lead proactive shipment monitoring and ensure timely, transparent communication with customers
Drive customer retention and identify opportunities for growth through upselling, promotion of KN products, and strong commercial engagement
Ensure efficient and timely spot‑quotation execution and monitor profitability through ongoing gross profit analysis
Collaborate with Procurement, Gateways, Pricing, and other stakeholders to support competitive and profitable solutions

Required

2–5 years of leadership experience
2–5 years of experience in Air Logistics or Freight Forwarding operations
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes, regulations, and KN standard operating models
Demonstrated commercial mindset and ability to drive profitability
Experience in team management, empowerment, and development
Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to align cross‑functional teams
High adaptability and capability to lead change
Strong customer‑solutions orientation and problem‑solving mindset
Commitment to customer satisfaction while balancing business profitability
Effective conflict‑resolution skills
Ability to travel as required
English proficiency

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Supply Chain Management or a related field
International experience preferred
Vocational or industry‑specific qualifications in Freight Forwarding / Logistics are beneficial
Professional certifications considered an advantage
