$19/hr - $20/hrPhillips & Temro Industries is seeking a Quality Intern to support key projects related to FMEA review, document management, and process auditing. The intern will work with the QE & ME team to ensure alignment with AIAG/VDA parameters and assist in the management of production documentation and standards.

Responsibilities
Work with QE & ME team to align DFMEA / PFMEA and Control plan documents current AIAG/VDA parameters. Specifically, evaluate and align Detection and Occurrence rankings per AIAG/VDA parameters and ensure consistency amongst operations
Link and load APQP documents into the AIAG CTS system
Map out Production Floor key areas and equipment
Identify Key Work Instruction for each work station
Verify revision level
Update DMS with # of controlled copies
Meet with CFT and update last review date
Scrub Visio flowcharts of incorrect work instruction references
Obsolete documents no longer in use
Audit key manufacturing processes against standard work
Work with QE/ME team to make necessary updates
Ensure Special Characteristics from DFMEA/PFMEA are cascaded to work instructions
Qualification
Required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Familiarity with Microsoft's Power Automate tools and/or Microsoft Forms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
Majors: Quality/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
GPA of 3.0 or higher
