Responsibilities
Coordinate and respond to solicitations - scoping, estimating, and quoting
Gather all of the documentation required for large proposals
Communicate to clients and potential clients
Assist with scheduling equipment and personnel
Help with project load sheets, and ensuring crew is prepared and trucks properly loaded
Site walks, site safety inspections, on-scene progress reports, unscheduled deliveries
Selection of subcontractors, ordering rental equipment and material
Coordinating with payroll for any prevailing wage and union projects
Collecting daily reports and logs, preparing/reviewing invoices
Qualification
Required
Have interest in drilling, environmental remediation, or geotechnical sampling
Be able to communicate and relate well with people
Be well versed in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Have a college degree, some experience in project management a plus
Be able to organize well, breaking large projects into smaller tasks, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
