Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of portfolio projects ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Oversee project teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization
Provide guidance and support to project managers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to meet objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring transparency and accountability
Implement best practices in delivery management to optimize processes and improve project outcomes
Drive innovation within the portfolio identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards maintaining high ethical and professional standards
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders ensuring clarity and alignment
Analyze project data to identify trends and insights using them to inform decision-making and strategy
Manage risks and issues proactively developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success
Support the continuous improvement of delivery management practices contributing to the companys long-term success
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate extensive experience in delivery management showcasing a strong track record of successful project delivery
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving strategic outcomes
Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies ensuring efficient and effective project execution
Have a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices ensuring compliance and excellence in delivery
Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with the latest trends and technologies
Demonstrate leadership qualities inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best performance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended
