Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed to ensure quick resolution
Meet daily performance metrics related to call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of call center or customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
