Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts in the real estate, mortgage, and property management sectors
Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement to drive adoption and engagement
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Educate partners on Utility Connect’s services and best practices to maximize value
Proactively identify partner goals, challenges, and growth opportunities; provide strategic guidance
Maintain and grow a revenue base through partner retention, renewals, and increased utilization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure an exceptional partner experience
Act as a partner advocate by gathering feedback and sharing insights with leadership and development teams
Conduct regular partner check-ins and account reviews to measure satisfaction and success
Maintain accurate account documentation, reporting, and follow-up using CRM systems
Develop and share best practices to continuously improve team performance and partner outcomes
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Management, or Client Services
Strong business acumen with experience presenting to and influencing key stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and priorities simultaneously
Customer- and partner-first mindset with a consultative approach
Proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred

Experience working with or supporting partners in real estate, mortgage, property management, proptech, fintech, or SaaS environments is a plus
Experience using CRM tools and account management workflows preferred
