Responsibilities
Develop and maintain program deployment playbooks, including policies, plans, and procedures
Support the Physical Security Manager in establishing site security measures and operational capabilities
Develop and implement emergency response procedures and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist in the protection of program assets, personnel, and sensitive information
Collaborate with internal teams to build integrated and effective security procedures
Conduct training sessions to support security readiness and operational execution
Monitor and analyze emerging threats and adapt security plans
Qualification
Required
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
Technical Writing Abilities
Program/Operational Management experience
Experience with planning and development of deployment playbooks
Knowledge of physical security systems (access control, video surveillance, etc.)
Must have, or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Some travel is required. ~25%
