Growth Associate
Pangram Labs is an early-stage startup seeking a Growth Associate to support their growth initiatives. In this generalist role, you will execute marketing campaigns, manage content across various platforms, and contribute to SEO efforts while learning directly from the Head of Growth.

Execute and monitor paid and organic social campaigns
Write and publish content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and blog
Manage posting cadence, engage with comments, and spot trends worth jumping on
Support SEO initiatives, affiliate coordination, and content distribution
Make hands-on website updates (copy, landing pages, minor code tweaks)
Build and maintain internal tools and automations using AI assistants
Own small projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
Qualification
Required
Early-stage startup experience working in marketing or growth where you wore multiple hats and shipped without a playbook
Consulting, banking, or agency environments where you learned to context-switch, move fast, and deliver quickly with little direction
Non-traditional paths where you've built something yourself like a newsletter, a side project, or a community
You've operated in environments where you had to manage your own time and resources while consistently delivering
You must be a strong writer that can demonstrate great copy and clear analysis

Content & Social Fluency: An understanding of what performs on LinkedIn vs. Twitter vs. short-form video
Excellent copywriting for landing pages, SEO, and social media
Intuition on what makes content good (and bad)
AI Native & Technically Comfortable: You already use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) in your workflows
You stay up to date on the latest AI trends and tools for growth
You understand what AI can and can't do well
You're not intimidated by looking at code in landing pages, CMS, etc
Generalist Mindset: You're a master context-switcher between analytics, creative, and operations
You figure things out when there's no clear path
You've done something hard that most people quit
