Responsibilities
Deliver design solutions for complex abuse reporting and brand verification workflows where product requirements and technical feasibility may not be defined
Lead collaboration across diverse groups including Brand Registry, abuse prevention, enforcement, and verification teams to define unified experiences
Set the standard for design excellence by refining and defining interaction patterns, standards, and methods for abuse reporting experiences; help drive adoption across teams
Lead and present in org reviews and critiques, ensuring prioritized focus and outcomes for abuse prevention initiatives
Influence engineering team decisions to enable UX solution delivery across multiple touchpoints
Synthesize conflicting qualitative and quantitative data from brand owners to inform customer experience and business decisions
Actively mentor designers in your organization and contribute to the professional development of colleagues
Qualification
Required
8+ years of design experience
Have an available online portfolio
Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
Preferred
Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
Experience with UX design of complex workflows
Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value
