Responsibilities
Present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer’s profitability profiles
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, payment, returns, and refunds
Verify accuracy and completeness of order details and payment information
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Assist with answering the front door and multiple email accounts
Accurately record customer satisfaction and conflict resolution history
Efficiently handle and document incoming customer orders and provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide payment related information, and resolve payment issues
Provide services to customers such as order placement, status updates, and account information via phone, email, live chat, and messaging
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Reach out to customers to obtain feedback on our policies, website, products, and services
Qualification
Required
Proactive and self-disciplined
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be courteous and attentive to the customers' needs while maintaining proper phone and email etiquette
Knowledge and understanding of PC hardware components and software
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and problem solve in situations where information may be missing, misinterpreted, or appear to be unrelated
Expert computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and multi-line telephone systems
Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
Ability to follow all company procedures, rules, and regulations
High school or equivalent (Required)
