Responsibilities

Optimize the Tissue Microarray (TMA) process from tissue selection to image analysis for current projects and for potential new system development

Qualification

Required

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
Required Majors: Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of histology processes through coursework or hands-on laboratory experience
Foundational experience with coding or computational tools (e.g., coursework, projects, or research experience)

Preferred

Exposure to tissue microarray (TMA) construction through coursework or research experience
Experience or interest in workflow optimization, including elements of data and image management
Experience with project coordination or project management in an academic or research setting
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
