Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business decisions and identify trends
Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee the preparation of reports for stakeholders and auditors
Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks and ADP, for efficient financial management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial concepts and performance metrics
Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to guide organizational planning
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role
Proven experience in corporate accounting or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and reporting
Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and balance sheet reconciliation processes
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all work
