Responsibilities
Own the numbers – Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC projects
Be a strategic partner – Work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals
Manage change with confidence – Oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they become issues
Tell the story – Deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership
Strengthen controls – Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one
Make your mark – Serve as the go-to resource for cost insights on high-impact EPC projects
Qualification
Required
3–10 years in cost management and project controls
Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis
Convert complex financials into clear, actionable insights
Proficient in JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, Power BI
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
Willing to travel up to 15% domestically
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to coordinate across multiple departments and priorities
Analytical and process-oriented
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
