Phone and Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring messages are delivered promptly and accurately
Mail and Correspondence Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail as needed
Visitor Reception: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, vendors, and guests
Custodian of Deposits: Oversee and manage custodian deposits, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing
Client Recognition Initiatives: Organize and manage programs to recognize and celebrate client milestones, fostering strong relationships
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, including office gatherings and client appreciation events
Office Errands: Perform various errands to support office operations, including supply runs and other ad hoc tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required
Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
