Champion and lead effective onboarding processes that ensure a seamless and welcoming integration to the organization
Drive the implementation of key programmes of work into region
Be a trusted advisor on all things ‘people’ to coach and support leaders to confidently navigate people processes through the full employee lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Strong HR Generalist experience
Collaborative approach with a passion for working in a true partnership model
Balance of strategic thinking and operational action
Competence and confidence to lead, guide, and support people processes
Experience designing and facilitating onboarding processes
Passion for growth, development, and talent strategies that drive high engagement and high retention
Enthusiasm to contribute new ideas and fresh thinking
