Community Assistant
HDC MidAtlantic is seeking a Full-Time Community Assistant to join their team at Glenbrook Apartments in Atglen, PA and Oakbottom Village II in Quarryville, PA. The role involves supporting the Community Manager in daily operations, maintaining resident relations, and assisting in community events and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Operate administrative activities involved with the community
Maintain a working relationship with residents and employees
Assist Community Managers by maintaining updated and accurate files on all resident related items and dispatch resident work orders
Assist Community Managers in maintaining positive resident relations programs assuring good public relations and tenant satisfaction programs
Assist Community Managers in planning resident events
Publish standard resident notification memos for review and distribution
Manage security access card programming
Maintain filing system for all routine reports and other deadlines required during a given week, month, and quarter
Perform all other duties as directed by the Community Manager and assist the overall team effort, as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license
Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check
Preferred
One year minimum in Office Assistant or related work experience
Experience with an affordable housing background
