Responsibilities
Assist the Digital Marketing and E-commerce teams on digital campaigns, newsletters, the back-end of the website, product creation, website maintenance/optimization, and website audits
Assist the Marketing team with Social Media management and content creation
Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, influencer outreach)
Help manage content for e-commerce platforms, including product listings, copy, and imagery
Track and report on analytics related to marketing campaigns and online sales performance
Support SEO optimization tasks and site merchandising updates
Support visual merchandising initiatives and re-styling of product displays as needed
Prepare samples and coordinate garment movement (e.g., check-in/check-out of inventory for clients, stylists, editors)
Help with photo shoot preparations and assist during photo shoot days
Qualification
Required
Photoshop and Shopify
Strong verbal and written communication
Professional office etiquette
Ability to interact gracefully with clients, stylists, and team members
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Availability to work on-site 2 days a week, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm - New York
Preferred
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) is a bonus
Experience or knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) is a bonus
Keen eye for aesthetics, styling, and visual presentation
Ability to handle sensitive or high-profile clients professionally
