Responsibilities

Balance supply and demand to ensure product availability and inventory control
Create and maintain supply plans in partnership with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams
Analyze supply chain data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Use ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel to support planning activities and inventory management
Communicate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive operational efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain best practices in supply planning
Prepare reports, contribute to business reviews, and present recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
Recent graduates with relevant professional experience and familiarity with inventory/supply planning concepts are welcome
2–4 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, inventory management, or logistics (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with supply chain planning software
Ability to work remotely and attend onsite training
Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively via virtual tools

Preferred

APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or in progress)
Experience using Tableau or Power BI for analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
