Responsibilities
Evaluate operational efficiency and analyze business processes, data, and requirements to identify improvements and support strategic initiatives
Gather and document stakeholder needs, translate them into clear technical and business specifications, and coordinate solution design and integration across applications and teams
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, perform root cause evaluations, and recommend workflow, system, and control enhancements to improve performance and ensure compliance
Lead or support testing activities—including test planning, case development, execution, and reporting—and collaborate with business units, ISD partners, and vendors to implement new products, services, and operational changes
Monitor system performance, research emerging technologies, and help drive successful rollout and adoption of new capabilities
Qualification
Required
Evaluate operational efficiency and analyze business processes, data, and requirements to identify improvements and support strategic initiatives
Gather and document stakeholder needs
Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical and business specifications
Coordinate solution design and integration across applications and teams
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis
Perform root cause evaluations
Recommend workflow, system, and control enhancements to improve performance and ensure compliance
Lead or support testing activities, including test planning, case development, execution, and reporting
Collaborate with business units, ISD partners, and vendors to implement new products, services, and operational changes
