Responsibilities
Process and post customer payments (checks and ACH)
Apply payments, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies
Review A/R aging reports and perform collections follow-ups
Prepare and send customer invoices
Maintain customer accounts, credit information, and tax-exempt records
Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve issues
Coordinate account matters with management and store teams
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service and communication skills
Basic proficiency with accounting software and Excel
Preferred
Accounts receivable or accounting clerk experience preferred
