Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all assigned ancillary, ambulatory, and clinical and non-clinical support service lines
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including CMS, NYSDOH, and Joint Commission standards
Oversee quality, patient safety, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives within assigned departments
Collaborate with union leadership, Human Resources, and Labor Relations to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
Participate in labor-management discussions, grievance resolution processes, and workforce planning activities
Develop, manage, and monitor operating and capital budgets while ensuring fiscal accountability
Lead performance improvement, access expansion, and operational efficiency initiatives across inpatient and ambulatory settings
Ensure staffing models, productivity standards, and scheduling practices align with contractual, regulatory, and patient care requirements
Support the recruitment, development, coaching, and performance management of department directors and managers
Partner with medical staff, nursing leadership, and executive peers to align service delivery with organizational strategy and goals

Required
