They are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Planning Coordinator who will manage IT investment planning, budget management, and asset management while collaborating with IT-related teams.

Responsibilities

IT Investment & Operational Budget Management
IT Investment Plan Establishment/Execution/Progress Management
IT contracts, agreements and payment management
Hardware, Software Asset Registration / Disposal Control
Regular Asset Inventory/In-use Count
Office & Factory IT Accessory Purchasing Support
Other responsibilities as required

Qualification

IT investment planningBudget managementData analysisMS Office proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
Experience or education in IT investment planning and budget management
Managing tangible and intangible assets
Managing communication with IT-related teams
Solving problems
Setup and managing IT systems
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support abnormalities affecting manufacturing operations
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with South Korea HQ and other global sites
Excellent communication skills
MS Office tool-based report writing and oral communication skills
