Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
Source potential talent on LinkedIn and/or other online platforms
Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS
Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment
Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
Write and post job descriptions
Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks
Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process
Support office administration tasks in the Rockville office as needed
Other projects as needed on the People Team
Qualification
Required
At least 2+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers)
Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms
Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
