Responsibilities

Lead and complete an end-to-end Procore implementation at the enterprise level
Configure and optimize Procore modules, including: Project Setup, Drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, Inspections, and Punch Lists
Change Management and Cost Management
Develop standardized templates, workflows, and SOPs for consistent use across projects
Prepare Procore for scalable field deployment across multiple active jobs
Train office staff, project managers, superintendents, and field users
Act as the internal Procore system owner and subject matter expert
Coordinate with Procore support, vendors, and consultants as needed
Support adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
Ensure the system is scalable and sustainable for future growth

Required

5+ years of Procore experience in an administrator, implementation, or lead role
Proven experience leading or completing a Procore implementation
Strong understanding of construction operations and project workflows
Experience supporting field teams and site-based users
Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills
Ability to work independently and drive implementation to completion

Preferred

Industrial, power, energy, EPC, or heavy civil construction experience
Procore Administrator certification
Experience standardizing Procore across multiple projects or business units
Familiarity with change management and user adoption in field environments
