Responsibilities
Partner with HR and business leaders to support people analytics through data analysis and reporting
Assist with data strategy and help deliver insights that drive business decisions
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for self-service reporting
Create and document reporting solutions, including data models, data pipelines, and dashboard requirements
Work with complex data frameworks and prepare datasets for accurate, reliable analytics
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
Highly proficient with SQL and Tableau
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Preferred
Experience with Python and UKG
