Senior Manager, Nuclear Sales

The role involves leading commercial efforts, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial efforts for the company’s portfolio in the region
Drive business growth across safety-related and non-safety I&C solutions
Identify and develop new sales opportunities with nuclear utility clients
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product and operations
Manage proposal development
Develop clear value propositions that address customer needs and priorities
Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial terms
Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Nuclear Science, Business, or related discipline
Experience in sales, business development, or account management within the nuclear industry or related technical sector
Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate value propositions effectively
Proven success in solution-oriented sales and leading proposals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
