Deputy Administrator - Building Official
NEOGOV is seeking a Deputy Administrator, Building Official for the Nevada Public Works Division. The role involves managing staff, handling applications, and ensuring compliance with building codes through effective communication and leadership skills.

Shall perform on-site verifying work, resolving issues with contractors, document findings, and balance public service with strict code adherence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Significant experience (5-10+ years) in construction/inspection/architecture/engineering
ICC certifications (International Code Council)
Maintain all relevant licenses and certifications for the position for the entire duration of employment
Strong leadership and communication skills for overseeing code compliance
