Vista Mfg. is seeking a Production Associate 3 who will be responsible for the assembly of products in the production area while following safety, quality, and product delivery protocols. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment, with responsibilities including advanced understanding of ESD and inventory management.

Advanced understanding of ESD
Intermediate level understanding of Inventory Management, including but not limited to: Can perform cycle counts, Can convert unit of measures, Understands WIP and the impact on inventory
Advanced knowledge of product flow and batching
Cell Backup
Advanced knowledge of soldering and/or crimping
Other duties as assigned

Required

Attention to detail
Basic math skills
Able to lift 50lbs
Willingness to obtain knowledge of product and processes
Ability to cross train for all areas of production
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to follow directives as set forth by team leads and/or management
Excellent communication skills; Ability to communicate with peers, team leads and management
Must be cooperative and flexible at all times
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Passes Production Associate 2 Level Requirements
Advanced understanding of ESD
Intermediate level understanding of Inventory Management, including but not limited to: Can perform cycle counts, Can convert unit of measures, Understands WIP and the impact on inventory
Advanced knowledge of product flow and batching
