Project Manager (Commercial Construction)
K2 Staffing is representing an employee-owned construction leader recognized for its commitment to safety, sustainability, and community partnerships. The Project Manager will lead all phases of complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities
Oversee multiple project sites and manage all phases: preconstruction, construction, closeout, and post-construction
Develop and execute project work plans, schedules, and budgets; adjust as needed to meet project goals
Lead subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance monitoring
Manage project financials, including estimates, forecasting, change orders, cash flow, and reporting
Ensure compliance with all contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular site walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress
Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, reviewing reports and resolving issues
Maintain strong client, architect, and owner relationships, providing timely updates on project status and adjustments
Identify potential risks or disputes and implement proactive solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Construction Science
Minimum 5 years of progressive construction management experience on projects of increasing complexity
Strong knowledge of project estimating, scheduling, and cost control
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in high-pressure environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on field presence; ability to traverse construction sites, climb ladders, and conduct quality and safety inspections
