Responsibilities

Provide application support for the Sectra PACS system to radiologists and clinical staff
Assist onsite during the migration from Change Healthcare/Optum to Sectra cloud-based imaging platform
Collaborate with radiology, IT, and vendor teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Support the healthcare organization’s imaging diagnostics and patient image management needs
Contribute to a smooth transition by delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance

Qualification

PACS system supportHealthcare backgroundRadiologyCardiology knowledgeCollaboration with clinical staffProblem-solving skills

Required

3-5 years of experience supporting locally hosted and/or web-based healthcare applications
Healthcare background required
Working knowledge of Radiology or Cardiology PACS systems and imaging diagnostics
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including issue discovery, troubleshooting, resolution, verification, and escalation when needed
Proven ability to collaborate directly with clinical staff, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve application issues
