Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the event and entertainment industries
Build and nurture client relationships with event planners, rental companies, and production teams
Create proposals and quotes for drapery rentals, scenic elements, and full-service installations
Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery
Attend industry events, site visits, and showcases to promote brand visibility
Track opportunities, analyze trends, and help shape growth strategy for key markets
Qualification
Required
Proven background in sales or business development — ideally in event production, rentals, or live entertainment
Understanding of event logistics, staging, and venue operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Eye for design and attention to detail — you know when a space needs a little more drama
Comfortable with CRM systems, quoting tools, and project coordination
Preferred
Existing relationships with event planners, venues, or production companies
Knowledge of soft goods, rigging, or drapery systems
Experience managing regional territories or major event accounts
