Responsibilities
You will lead program execution for a federal health portfolio, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders
You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping translate strategy into executable plans while maintaining strong relationships with client counterparts
You will oversee program governance, manage schedules and priorities, track risks and dependencies, and ensure consistent communication across teams
You will support decision-making by providing clear insights into program health, tradeoffs, and outcomes
You will also help establish and reinforce operating rhythms that support predictable delivery in a regulated environment
This role requires comfort operating at both the strategic and execution levels, particularly in settings where expectations are high, timelines matter, and communication must be clear and measured
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
Extensive experience leading programs in federal, defense, or regulated environments
Demonstrated ability to partner directly with executives, senior government stakeholders, and client leadership
Strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing governance, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Comfort operating in a technical or delivery-focused environment without being hands-on technical
Ability to bring calm, clarity, and structure to complex or evolving programs
Preferred
Master's degree preferred for Senior/Expert roles
PgMP/PMP preferred for Journeyman+, PgMP strongly preferred for Senior/Expert
Supporting DHA, HHS, VA, NIH, CDC, or federal health programs
Experience in cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or agile delivery environments
Managed cross-functional, geographically distributed teams to deliver digital programs with rapid innovation cycles
