Responsibilities
Test mobile applications on iOS and Android devices
Validate push notifications , app lifecycle behavior, and OS/device differences
Ensure functional parity across platforms
Perform end-to-end testing of role-based workflows, assignments, alerts, navigation, and data/session behavior
Identify edge cases beyond happy-path scenarios
Understand upstream system integrations and validate alignment with business rules
Design test coverage based on acceptance criteria, risk, and regression impact
Create clear Jira test documentation with screenshots or recordings
Support release sign-off, defect triage, and audit readiness
Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and integration partners
Qualification
Required
Strong experience testing production mobile applications (iOS & Android)
Knowledge of push notifications, mobile app lifecycle, and device OS behavior
Experience testing complex, role-driven workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Mobile automation testing experience
Experience with government, case management, or compliance-sensitive systems
Familiarity with BYOD, MDM environments, and integrated enterprise systems
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
