Responsibilities
Hands on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with SSO and MFA (Multi Factor Authentication). using OIDC, SAML, and OAuth 2.0
Experience supporting identity migrations from Okta to Entra ID or similar platforms
Working knowledge of conditional access, role based access control, and identity protection
Ability to manage users and groups, troubleshoot access issues, and work with application owners
Qualification
Required
Hands on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with SSO and MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) using OIDC, SAML, and OAuth 2.0
Experience supporting identity migrations from Okta to Entra ID or similar platforms
Working knowledge of conditional access, role based access control, and identity protection
Ability to manage users and groups, troubleshoot access issues, and work with application owners
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or a related information technology field
Preferred
Experience tuning conditional access policies
Familiarity with identity governance or access reviews
Exposure to security operations tools such as XDR or SIEM
Microsoft security or identity related certifications
Minimum of 1-5 years' experience performing single sign-on integrations using an Enterprise Identity and Access Management platform. Microsoft Entra or Okta preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience performing general IT-related customer support
