Responsibilities
Provide EHR support to end-users
Implement and enhance Cerner Millennium Solutions
Analyze and document EHR patient and information flow
Automate clinical encounter information capture and retrieval
Coordinate health systems like EMR support referral management
Attend maintenance training and configure systems
Troubleshoot using ticketing systems
Understand databases and code sets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
Three years of experience in a related field
Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems
Proficiency in Accounting, Database, and Design software
Valid driver's license
Understanding of HIPAA and information security regulations
Preferred
Experience with Cerner PowerChart and Oracle
Knowledge of Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesiology Solutions
Experience with EHR Behavioral Health Solutions
Understanding of Revenue Cycle Scheduling and Registration
