Responsibilities

Content Creation: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to develop captivating and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets for use on our website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels
Social Media Management: Manage and curate our social media presence, creating compelling posts, monitoring user engagement, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy
Email Marketing: Design visually striking email templates and craft engaging email campaigns to nurture leads, promote new products or services, and encourage customer retention
Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring that it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and up to date with the latest information and content
Digital Advertising: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to design eye-catching ad creatives and assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
Branding and Design: Uphold and enhance the company's visual identity, ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools, gather insights, and present data-driven reports to optimize marketing strategies continually
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovative marketing approaches

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design
Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software
Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and designs
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for marketing
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management (experience with Constant Contact, Mail Champ a plus)
Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment and communicate with members of all levels of management in a professional manner
Extremely organized (prioritization is key) with superior attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Passion for marketing and out of the box thinking
