Marketing Content Strategist

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives, audience needs, and partner goals
Conduct research and audit existing content to identify opportunities that will increase visibility, deliver value to our audiences, and drive interest in our practices
Create, write, and oversee the development of high-quality content across formats, including website and campaign copy, video storylines, printed collateral, and patient materials
Partner with internal stakeholders to capture subject matter expertise and turn it into clear, engaging, on-brand content
Coordinate content amplification and integration plans in collaboration with web, social, and field marketing teams to maximize reach and impact
Establish content standards, frameworks, workflows, partnerships, and best practices that scale across teams
Track and analyze the effectiveness of content and marketing campaigns

Required

5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice for different audiences and channels
Experience developing content strategies that support measurable business outcomes
A strong understanding of SEO, digital content best practices, and user-centric storytelling
Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, leadership, and subject matter experts
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities without sacrificing quality
A portfolio or work samples demonstrating your experience and expertise

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, professional services, or other highly regulated or complex industries
Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-location organizations
A strong point of view on how content supports brand trust, education, and long-term growth
Comfort balancing creativity with structure, process, and performance metrics
