Sourcing Recruiter -Sourcer
Trilyon, Inc. is seeking a Tech Sourcer to partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to drive recruitment strategies and processes. The role involves overseeing market research, developing search strategies, and engaging candidates while contributing to workforce diversity initiatives.
Responsibilities
Overseeing research efforts to map markets and generate candidate names and target profiles for a high volume of searches
Creating robust search strategies while supporting workforce diversity initiatives
Calibrating and fine-tuning candidate profiles with hiring managers
Building trust with prospective candidates and converting them into active candidates
Upholding Databricks’ hiring bar through rigorous screening, assessment, and reference checks
Contributing insights on industries and market conditions
Proactively building talent networks across diverse functions and industries
Leading client update meetings and leveraging data to drive search progress
Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debrief and hiring discussions
Creating and negotiating complex offers with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in a professional business environment
5+ years of experience recruiting technology profiles, preferably Software Engineering roles at multiple levels
Proven ability to be scrappy and deliver searches in a timely manner
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information quickly
Ability to present information clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritization
Experience managing high-volume, demanding workloads and multitasking
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on simultaneous projects
Business maturity, initiative, and resourcefulness
Ability to develop strategic plans and achieve goals within tight timelines
Experience using technology effectively in a business setting
