Responsibilities

Define and own the TikTok Shop roadmap across multiple beauty brands, aligning growth strategies with brand objectives, revenue targets, and profitability goals
Serve as the primary owner of TikTok Shop P&L, including forecasting, promotional planning, margin management, and investment tradeoffs
Develop category-specific strategies across skincare, makeup, hair, and wellness informed by consumer behavior, creator commerce, and platform dynamics
Translate brand positioning into shoppable content and commerce strategies that drive discovery, conversion, repeat purchase, and sustainable scale
Act as the senior relationship owner with TikTok Shop’s ecommerce and beauty leadership teams
Lead strategic planning, negotiations, and performance reviews with TikTok and external partners
Anticipate platform updates, policy shifts, and new commerce capabilities, converting change into competitive advantage
Partner with global and HQ stakeholders to ensure alignment on platform strategy, operational standards, and brand priorities
Build and oversee annual and quarterly TikTok Shop plans, including assortment strategy, launch timing, promotional moments, and creator activations
Collaborate closely with Brand, Social, Influencer, Media, and DTC teams to fully integrate TikTok Shop into the broader marketing and commerce ecosystem
Establish success metrics and performance benchmarks that balance speed, scale, and brand integrity across brands
Own the full operational lifecycle of TikTok Shop, from inventory planning through customer delivery
Lead the transition of TikTok Shop operations into a dedicated TTS unit, partnering closely with DTC leadership to ensure a seamless, well-governed handoff
Manage and develop direct reports responsible for TikTok Shop operations, execution, and issue resolution
Partner with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate forecasting, timely fulfillment, clean reconciliation, and strong service levels
Oversee customer service workflows, returns, and escalations to protect the end-to-end brand experience
Design and implement scalable SOPs that support growth while maintaining speed, accuracy, and customer trust
Monitor and interpret performance across traffic, conversion, sell-through, AOV, promotional effectiveness, and customer feedback
Use insights to continuously refine assortment, pricing, promotional strategy, and operational processes
Deliver clear, candid performance updates to leadership, including risks, recommendations, and tradeoffs
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing TikTok Shop team as the channel grows
Establish clear operating rhythms, expectations, and development plans
Foster and lead a culture of ownership, curiosity, accountability, and momentum

Required

8+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally across marketplaces, social commerce, or DTC environments
Proven success launching and scaling beauty or consumer brands in fast-moving digital channels
Strong operational expertise across inventory management, fulfillment, customer service, and platform compliance
Deep understanding of the U.S. beauty consumer and how discovery converts to purchase
Experience working directly with platform partners and managing complex, cross-functional stakeholders
Analytical, decisive, and comfortable building structure in ambiguous or evolving environments
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and leadership skills
