Vice President, Strategy

Responsibilities
Work across multiple existing client teams and on new business opportunities – instrumental in client growth
Collaborate with Executive Vice President and above level on efforts to establish and market One10 as a premier supplier partner to client organizations in all of One10’s core services
Collaborates with Data Science to shape how insights are developed, packaged, and presented, enabling teams to demonstrate value and identify new opportunities with clients
Drives the framework and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews, enabling teams to move beyond reporting and use QBRs as a platform to articulate insights, propose what’s next, and expand client partnerships
Maintain awareness of emerging business and industry trends
Develop partnerships with technology providers to augment One10’s offerings, as appropriate
Bring together leaders from key delivery areas (Client Services, Training, Creative, Interactive, Project Management) regularly to develop and exchange new thinking to drive growth
Develop fresh, innovative, compelling solutions that exceed client expectations
Actively contribute, as requested, to the Account Planning process
Support sold business from a content development standpoint, as needed (“Utility Player”)
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree, MBA or equivalent years of experience
Minimum of fifteen (15) years' industry experience
High aptitude for creativity with an ability to generate innovative ideas that push our clients' thinking
Ability to persuade effectively via strong written, oral communications and presentation skills
Experience successfully leading teams
Demonstrated ability to successfully grow client relationships
Superior customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across the organization
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to travel and attend presentations as needed
