Responsibilities
Interfacing with customers via phone and email for incoming door parts inquiries
Generation of quotes
Process warranty parts requests
Act as liason between customers, technical service and warehouse
Maintain working knowledge of product configurations and identification
Qualification
Required
Associates' degree or equivalent experience in customer service, technical support or parts processing
Two+ years experience in a parts sales, order processing or technical customer support
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE strongly preferred
