Responsibilities

REQUIRED: Strong Boomi integration experience with hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) expertise

9+ years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with focus on UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions)

Experience configuring UKG/Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation

Experience setting up and troubleshooting Kronos Clock Terminals and Intouch Devices

Maintain and troubleshoot Business Structure configurations

Proficient in setting up Manager Access requests and Function Access Profiles

Experience reviewing, creating, and modifying Employee Groups, Labor Category Profiles, Labor Category Entry Lists, and Organizational Sets

Experience configuring new person records and supporting workforce data changes

Monitor daily, weekly, and biweekly interface jobs to ensure data accuracy and timely imports

Perform troubleshooting using HyperFind queries, Genies, reports, and Transaction Assistant

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and integration-related issues

Provide end-user training and prepare supporting documentation

Perform hands-on technical design, IRD/IDD preparation, prototyping, POCs, and development for UKG/Kronos implementations

Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business requirements; identify and document technical gaps

Participate in validation, testing, and release activities

Conduct code and solution reviews with Technical Leads

Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams; manage assigned tasks and deliverables

Track risks, issues, and progress; report status to management

Prepare and deliver demonstrations and presentations to client stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client interaction capability

Experience with Agile methodology is preferred

Boomi or UKG certifications are a plus

SQL programming knowledge is a plus
