Responsibilities

This Panel Assembly Specialist will be responsible for picking the parts needed for orders, electrical panel assembly & enclosure assembly, cutting of wire/ striping wire/termination or wire, assist with inventory management, workspace cleanliness, and correspondence with internal customers as needed
Daily processing of work orders
Conduct cycle counts of electrical components as needed and work with team to fix any possible discrepancies
Ensure timeliness and quality control of assemblies/work orders
Responsible for tracking tools, consumables, and non-inventory/inventory items in panel shops
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the panel shop
Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and customers
Load and unload material on truck utilizing handling equipment when necessary

Required

High School diploma required
Minimum one year of relevant manufacturing experience is required
Electrical panel assembly experience is strongly preferred
Ability to read and decipher an electrical wiring diagram (schematic)
Good understanding of electronic schematics
Experienced using small hand tools
Skilled in running cable and wires within an enclosure
Understands low voltage power systems
Some lifting and bending required
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude working with others

Preferred

NetSuite Experience, or experience with similar ERP software
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry a plus
Soldering skills
Strong organizational skills
Demonstration of integrity, strong work ethic and dedication to results
Superior written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
