Responsibilities

Develop and own the vision and annual engagement strategy for the Builders program in partnership with the EVP of Social Impact, Director of Partnerships & Growth, and the broader Member Impact & Experience team, to provide a best-in-class program experience for Builders
Translate strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes, project managing team to execute all aspects of in-person and virtual events, including research, speaker identification and preparation, internal and external stakeholder communications, venue/Zoom meeting logistics, event registration, agenda and script development, and post-event survey synthesis
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, summaries, and contribute to the Programming OKR updates as requested by the EVP
Deliver high-quality in-person and virtual events, convenings, workshops, and thought leadership (speaking and visibility) opportunities that provide meaningful value to Builders
Continuously refine the Builders experience using feedback, data, and relationships to deepen trust, learning, and community
Serve as advisor on topics of interest to Builders, as well as which topics Builders can serve as experts; keep the Builders team informed of General Member Programming Strategy
Partner closely with Builders Partnerships, General Member, Marketing, and Development teams to align programming with fundraising, visibility, and growth objectives
Serve as an integrator across teams, ensuring seamless coordination, shared priorities, and consistent messaging
Contribute to programming strategy across Pledge 1% (General Membership, Equity, Marketing, Development), leveraging Builders as leaders and experts within the broader community
Act as deputy to the EVP of Social Impact, supporting planning, cross-organizational initiatives, and special projects as needed
Lead, develop, and support a cross-functional team of full-time employees and contractors, setting clear goals, expectations, and accountability
Build and optimize systems, processes, and OKRs that enable efficient execution, scalability, and continuous improvement
Define success metrics and track outcomes to assess program effectiveness, member value, and organizational impact
Provide clear, concise reporting to senior leadership and the CEO, using insights to inform strategy and decision-making

Required

Proven experience in corporate social impact experience (required), with strong knowledge of program design, partnership development, community or member engagement, and corporate philanthropy
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at creating structure and building momentum; able to conceptualize and turn vision into reality
Exceptional project management skills with impeccable attention to detail and organization, and strong experience with cross-functional collaboration
Skilled communicator and active listener who can synthesize complex ideas for different audiences and influence senior stakeholders
You are an expert at anticipating the needs of internal and external stakeholders to save them time and drive growth
Able to maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude, taking joy in collaboration
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Preferred

Tech sector experience and AI trend awareness are a plus
