Responsibilities
Lead execution of the APQP process for assigned suppliers and programs
Review program milestones and escalate issues to management as needed
Ensure supplier compliance with Client standards, quality systems, and risk controls
Conduct on-site supplier audits and verify corrective actions (Asia-based suppliers)
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
Review documentation and manage supplier communication in English
Support public charging quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field (Applied Math, Physics, etc.)
5+ years of experience in Quality or Engineering (automotive or EV components)
Expertise in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans
Strong understanding of circuit board/electrical component manufacturing
Skilled in print reading, GD&T, and statistical quality control
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams
Ability to work autonomously and travel 40–50% internationally (Asia)
Preferred
Familiarity with IATF standards and automotive supplier launches
Experience supporting suppliers in China, Thailand, Vietnam, or Taiwan
Associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience may be considered
