The Product and Process Industrialization / Quality Intern will support continuous improvement and quality activities within the manufacturing plant, focusing on data analytics, problem-solving, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with collecting, analyzing, and reporting process and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Participate in root‑cause investigations using continuous improvement tools
Support PPI projects focused on reducing variation, improving workflow efficiency, and strengthening overall operational performance
Help maintain quality documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and control plans
Conduct audits on processes, work areas, or documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards
Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to validate corrective and preventive actions

Required

Must be currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field at an accredited college or university
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Familiarity with basic continuous improvement or Lean concepts preferred
