Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Information Systems and Information Technology
Experience with Computer Maintenance and Technical Support
Knowledge of Operating Systems, including installation and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical information clearly
Preferred
Previous experience in an educational or nonprofit institution is a plus
