Responsibilities
Provide timely and quality administrative support to unit teams handling new business, renewal business, and customer service needs for a large volume of complex accounts
Work together with service teams, including Producers, Unit Managers, and Client Executives, to prepare submissions, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and check/correct policies
Respond promptly to all client requests
Strive to make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and model a superior commitment to client service
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or general education degree
Preferred
Experience in underwriting, rating and billing or prior insurance experience at an agency or related company preferred
